PLUMBING: SUPERINTENDENT - Submit Resume

Essential Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage manpower, materials, and equipment.
Study and understand current project documents and complete scope of work
Enforce and maintain company safety policies in the performance of the work
Record safety documentation (safety meetings, accident reports, etc.)
Implement company field document control and procedures (i.e. timecards, daily reports, safety reports, purchase orders, coding of invoices, etc.)
Ensure compliance with the most current project documents
Maintain good client and community relationships
Work closely with Clients, Construction Managers, and Inspectors to successfully execute the project
Ensure all company workmanship and subcontractor work is performed at the highest level of quality
Oversee/conduct weekly project meetings
Work harmoniously with the Project Manager and staff

PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES DESIRED
Demonstrated leadership and management ability Working knowledge of trade rules and jurisdictions
Working knowledge of equipment use and capabilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning and scheduling skills to anticipate job site problems
Excellent ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
Strong conflict resolution skills
Strong delegation and organizational skills
Computer proficient a plus.
