RECRUITER - Submit Resume

The Sr. Recruiter selects, and hires new employees to meet current and future business needs and supervises the related administrative work flow.

Primary responsibilities are developing and leading recruiting programs; developing and managing relationships with internal managers and recruiting and interviewing.

• Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience.
• Strong conceptual thinking, analytical, and planning skills.
Effective presence, oral and written communication.
• Ability to identify and assess leadership talent.
• Consultative approach to recruiting.
Ability to be seen as a business partner to internal and external customers.
• Motivated, flexible and a team player!

• Candidate sourcing: In the recruitment meeting acts as the internal consultant for the recruitment approach. The HR team mutually defines the appropriate recruitment tools, strategy, time schedule and the desired entry date. Ensures/ creates appropriate advertisement text, selects appropriate media, uses internal search capability (databases) to screen internal talent; screens, forwards and rejects spontaneous applications. Supervises data management on open jobs and status of applications.

• Candidate Selection: Screens applications, selects a shortlist of suitable candidates and forwards them to management and HR (as appropriate) sells company to the candidates, counsels managers throughout the selection process and ensures timely decision making.

• Hiring: Identifies process improvement opportunities in the areas of candidate sourcing, selection and hiring and leads correspondent projects. Leads process improvement projects. Builds credibility as an internal consultant on recruitment topics, coach's management on best practices in recruitment, selection and assessment. Demonstrates compliance with local employment laws/ regulations & company's hiring policy. Actively contributes to the HR network and fosters exchange of best practices.

• Perform candidate referencing and background screening.

• Supervision and coordination of relocation for home office and field.

• Perform Internet searches, cold calling and database search for new positions.
