Manager, Disaster Recovery Planning Services - Submit Resume

This position is a critical component of the Company Professional Services group. The individual will be responsible for developing different BCP and Disaster Recovery Planning offerings to drive revenue and provide better service to our customer base. In addition, the individual will work with our premier customers and other internal departments to develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and delivery of all Company Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning Offerings
• Responsible for development of standard disaster recovery plan templates geared toward small and medium sized businesses.
• Provide Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity consulting to Company Customers,
• Maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning offerings,
• Become knowledgeable in all Company products

Requirements:

The position will require a customer focused, analytical minded person, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is a must.
• B.S. degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
• 5+ years BCP or Disaster Recovery consulting experience
• 3+ years working with back-up/recovery or business continuity products
• Ability to multi-task and work under dynamic conditions and constraints with minimal supervision i.e. strong analytical, prioritization, time management, and follow-up skills
• Big 5 Consulting Experience and/or compliance consulting experience a plus
• BCP and/or Disaster Recovery Certifications a big plus
