Business Development:
•
Establishes key reciprocal partnerships to develop strong referral
sources and business
• Develops and implements effective individual marketing strategies
within the community and real estate industry
• Establishes and maintains relationship sales oriented behaviors
with prospects, clients, and business partners
• Meets and/or exceeds established sales and income percentage
goals of organization
• Establishes annual individual business plan, which includes
sales goals, objectives, marketing and action plans; reviews regularly
and quarterly with management
• Attends company sponsored training workshops to improve
partnership building and sales skills, time management skills, etc.
• Develops client database management systems for regular
marketing efforts and loan tracking for repeat business
Origination:
•
Works effectively with clients to determine their short term and
long term goals relating to real estate and financing transactions
• Pre-qualifies clients for purchases and refinance transactions
• Structures loans according to clients goals, financing ability,
and time lines
• Develops strong knowledge base of lender programs and parameters
in order to obtain most appropriate programs with competitive pricing
• Attends weekly office and sales meetings to stay up to date
about origination processes and lender programs
• Maintains ongoing communication with the client and related
parties throughout the loan transaction to ensure a smooth transaction
Transactional:
• Prepares clean loan files with all necessary client documentation
and information about the loan for ease of submission by processing
• Creates detailed correspondence for lender’s underwriter
explaining any pertinent information for a clean approval
• Performs initial underwriting of the file, accurately enters
the loan into Point, opens escrow, orders appraisal and performs
other duties required to submit the loan to the lender
• Ensures transactions are in compliance with DRE requirements
through completion of required forms and signatures from all parties
Processing:
•
Establishes effective partnership with loan processor through initial
and ongoing review of roles and work style and communication preferences
• Reviews loan pipeline with processor on a weekly basis to
update on submitted files and files in progress
• Works with processor to ensure timely submission of loan,
clearing of conditions, ordering of loan documents, coordination
with escrow, document signings, funding and recording of loans
