Director of Store Operations - Submit Resume

Leads and drives tactical execution in Store Operations including:

• Creates and filters all communications and initiatives to the stores’ organization. Develops and executes internal communication strategies that support Company’s business objectives
• Updates store procedures to best serve the needs of the stores, the company and its customers.
• Anticipates stores’ communication needs. Find creative, quality, timely, relevant and simple solutions to serve them well. Support merchandising, marketing and operational ‘launches’ with high quality information and materials.
• Plan and execute key national store meetings and conferences.
• Drive key store recognition and reinforcement programs.
• Manage the store supplies program.

Leads and drives strategic progress in Store Operations including:

• Store communications improvement
• Process simplification
• Technology systems enhancement to support business objectives
• Information resource improvement
• Increase quality of store tools and supplies
• Strengthen recognition and reinforcement programs

Builds a store operations team that delivers “First Class” service to the stores

• Spends time in stores working and listening
