Condition Specialist - Submit Resume

Responsibilities
• Work closely with underwriter, monitoring and maintaining flow of loans in underwriter’s pipeline from underwriting to funding.
• Communicate with brokers regarding loan status and conditions, via letter and phones.
• Update loan status in computer system at all times.
• Maintain communications with Account Executives regarding loan status and any problems.
• Generate conditions letters for all files dispositioned by underwriter.
• Prepare loans for document drawing when necessary.
• Send files to Investor or MI companies as needed.
• Order review appraisals when called for.

Essential Skills
• Minimum one two year’s loan processing or one year junior underwriter.
• Knowledge of loan closing document requirements.
• Computer literacy.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.
• Well-developed cutter-service skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize details; ability to complete multiple tasks on schedule
• Ability to function as a committed team player; ability to work productively in a fast-paced stressful environment.
• Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative; ability to work productively under minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle stress on a daily basis and maintain a positive, productive attitude
